Some stuff you need to know for
subscribing (T&Cs):
- The pack can be used on any of our preferred roaming partner networks and has inflight coverage even when flying!
- You can subscribe to the pack today or whenever you are out of the country.
- Charging happens upon your 1st usage and not upon subscription.
- Pack is valid for 24 hours from the 1st activity session.
- Pack is auto-renewed on days of use.
- Fair usage applies when reaching the daily volume limit and speed is reduced to 64 Kbps.
- You can reset the pack (up to 6 times per day) after reaching fair usage by subscribing again. You will be charged per pack and time resets after subscription. Requests for reset will be rejected after reaching the maximum daily limit.
- You can cancel by dialing *177#
- When you are subscribed to this pack and roaming in a non-preferred operator (in an eligible country), data usage will be blocked. To enable data usage on a non-preferred network, please send “UBLOCK” via SMS to 1010 (standard charges apply). Please send “BLOCK” via SMS to 1010 (standard charges apply) to block data on a non-preferred operator.
- When roaming in a non-eligible country, data will be charged at standard roaming rates.
- You can subscribe to this pack along with other roaming data/combo packs.
- swyp follows uniform data allowance configuration across its packages, and your data units will be based on this conversion: 1 GB = 1000 MB, 1 MB = 1000 KB, 1 KB = 1024 Bytes.
- When consuming data from a roaming data package, or at a pay-as-you-go rate your allowance will be deducted on the basis of 30 KB increments. Only in Lebanon, your pay-as-you-go roaming data usage without any package will be rated on a 10 KB pulse.
